Since its publication in Others: A Magazine of the New Verse in 1917, and later in the 1923 publication of Harmonium, “Thirteen Ways of Looking at a Blackbird” by Wallace Stevens has captivated readers with its sparse and elegant style. The result is a delightful visual echo of Stevens’s modernistic writing.
